PMC 121/30 Wet - a convenient 1:1 mix ratio that is exceptionally strong and abrasive resistant. It contains a built-in release agent to aid in demolding plaster and concrete and is well suited for a variety of applications. Molds will meet the stringent demands of production casting of wax, plaster, concrete, resin and epoxies. Vibrant colors can be achieved by adding So-Strong Tints. Can be ordered in 20A or 50A Shore Hardness. VYTAFLEX 40 - The 'next generation' urethane rubber to the popular ReoFlex Series. It offers superior physical and performance properties and features the same convenient 1:1 mix ration. VytaFlex molds meet the stringent demands of production casting of concrete, plaster, etc. Can be ordered in 10A, 20A, 30A, 50A & 60A Shore Hardness. BRUSH ON 40 - extremely versatile and famous for
its abrasion resistance and high tear strength. Convenient 1:1 mix
ratio. Easy to mix and apply with a brush or spatula. Can be painted
onto vertical surfaces without sagging. Cures to a durable mold
that performs well and lasts in production. So-Flex can be added
to make the first coat easier to apply. The 40A offers the most
flexibility when making sculptural molds. Molds are well suited
for casting wax, concrete, polyester and polyurethane resins. Can
be ordered in in 50A or 60A Shore Hardness. PMC 724 - the most versatile urethane rubber available. Mixes and pours easily, is inexpensive, and will cure to a durable rubber. Exhibits good physical properties and performs well in production but does not have the library life of some of the newer urethanes. Adding the optional Part D produces varying viscosity for brush on applications. So-Flex can be added to soften cured rubber making it more flexible. 1:10 by weight mix. SO-FLEX - a softening agent that lowers the cured durometer of a variety of polyurethane materials including the PMC Series and Brush On 40. KICK IT - cure accelerator that when added to PMC rubbers accelerates the cure time making it possible to demold in 2 to 3 hours X-TEND IT - a dry gas blanket that will extend the shelf life of polyurethane(rubbers and resins) Intro to The Basics of Mold Making & Casting

SMOOTH-ON POLYURETHANE RUBBERS ALSO AVAILABLE THROUGH WESTERN SCULPTING SUPPLY BY SPECIAL ORDER PMC 726 - similar to PMC 724 however with a Shore Hardness of 60A PMC 744 - widely used by mold making professionals to produce molds suitable for casting plaster, concrete, resins, etc. Molds are strong, durable and dimensionally stable. Ideal for ceramic case molds. Shore Hardness 44A PMC 746 - developed to make molds for casting plasters. Well suited for case molds. Because of its moisture resistant properties and durability it is also used for making display and exhibit reproductions. Shore Hardness 60A. PMC 780 - a premium performance rubber that offers exceptional strength, durability and abrasion resistance. Well suited for casting abrasive materials such as precast concrete and for making concrete stamping pads. Shore Hardness 80A. PMC 790 - a very hard rubber that offers superior tear and tensile strength as well as impact and abrasion resistance. PMC 870 - used for a variety of industrial and casting applications including precast concrete, stamping pads, etc. REOFLEX SERIES - offers superior physical performance properties. Vacuum degassing is not necessary and rubbers cures with negligible shrinkage to a durable rubber that lasts in production. 1:1 by volume mix. Available in Shore Hardness of 30A, 40A, 50A and 60A.
